Provides wrong information...

While tracking, I got message that the parcel I send on 13/9/24 to Kasargod, Kerala have been delivered to Lidhiana on 9/9/24. Hope someone from DTDC will look into such issues and ensure that parcels are delivered correctly on time.

Parcel booked for chennai reached to ludhiana and that too it was booked on 17 delivered on 9th how is it possible

Very poor service. They are marking as delivered without delivering.

A parcel was sent from Thrissur, Kerala to Kalyan on 13/09/2024 in my name and it is not delivered till 19/09/2024. Online it shows that the item is successfully delivered on 18/09/2024 at 15.12 hours.

WTF is this, my product is already delivered? If this site can’t provide proper information regarding my product, then what’s this for

Is very poor service dtdc issue tracking parcel

I have booked a cover from Undavalli/Vijayawada to Bharuch / Gujarath on 17.09.2024. The tracking shows that the said consignment was already delivered at Ludhiana. How come such wrong information is being given to customers? I request the DTDC management to set right the things and give correct information to customers.

My parcel is not recieved to me I track my parcel but showing it is already delevired very bad service
