Very bad Experience.They deliver very late.

The delivery person lied that door was locked,we were inside our house, not to mentioned that service is very pathetic..... Time for them

Very bad service . IT has been showing that my parcel is out for delivery past 5 days but I didn't receive my parcel. Even they have mentioned that not delivered receiver refused delivered. Which is totally wrong.

Wrost courier service ever Post Office deliver faster than this so called dtdc.they are looting people in the name of fast courier service.

Here are the key issues I faced: 1. **Late Delivery**: My package was delayed by several days without any prior notice or valid explanation. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my plans. 2. **Poor Communication**: Your customer service is abysmal. Multiple attempts to contact your support team were met with either unhelpful responses or no response at all. It felt as if no one cared about resolving my issue. 3. **Damaged Package**: When the package finally arrived, it was in terrible condition. The contents were damaged beyond repair, and it was evident that no care was taken during the handling process. 4. **Tracking System Failure**: The tracking information was inaccurate and not updated in real-time. This left me in the dark about the whereabouts of my package and added to my frustration. 5. **Unprofessional Staff**: The delivery personnel were rude and unprofessional. They showed no regard for customer service and seemed indifferent to the problems I was facing. Overall, my experience with DTDC has been the worst I have ever encountered. I strongly urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve your service quality. Until significant improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising others to do the same.

This company service is very poor and they hold the parcel(Live plant's) 2 to 4 days unnecessary.

Worst delivery Showed delivered and parcel not delivered Gives silly excuses that delivery boy is not available and tells to pick parcel from their office. I would have given negative star rating if had available
