Worst service ever.It has been showing that my parcel is out for delivery from past 2 days but I didn't received my parcel. And even they have mentioned that the receiver has changed the schedule for delivery which is totally a lie.

While booking shipment it was told that it will be delivered today or tomorrow maximum as it is local shipment but now it's already 4 days still customer care is not sure if it can be delivered today and said we will try deliver today. Useless service if cannot commit their own words

Pathetic, dishonest and unprofessional people. I had a package from Delhi to Bangalore. I used to get messages saying the 'recipient was unavailable to collect the package' , that was totally untrue , no call was made from them. Finally after calling customer care for 4 times , sending 5 mails, raising 4 queries. Nothing happened, so I went 30 kms to get my package myself. I'm not using DTDC again
