DTDC is a disaster - never to use their service (service is not the right word - theirs is a disservice and a blot on the entire industry)!

I have had a consistently terrible experience with DTDC. They mark parcels as delivered without actually delivering them. Despite multiple emails and complaints, there has been no response or action taken. The delivery person never calls, and the parcels never arrive. How can they show a parcel as delivered when it hasn't been? Every single time, I have to visit the hub center personally to inquire about my parcels. This is by far the worst courier service I have encountered, and it has been the same frustrating experience every time. Yet this consignment didn't delivered but it showing here that it get delivered.

Very poor service, I went to their office and they said it’s in return process but last 3 days I am trucking and it’s showing that my courier is still with them.

Review: I am absolutely furious with DTDC! I sent an urgent parcel, paid for express delivery, and what do I get in return? A rerouted mess and a package that arrived late! This is beyond unacceptable! I trusted DTDC with a time-sensitive delivery, and they failed miserably. Firstly, why promise express delivery if you can't fulfill it? My parcel was supposed to reach its destination on time, but instead, it was rerouted multiple times, causing a significant delay. What's worse, there was no communication about these delays until I had to chase them down myself. Customer service? Don't even get me started! When I finally managed to reach someone, they were clueless and unhelpful. They couldn't even provide a valid reason for the delays or offer a solution. It's like they don't care about their customers or the importance of timely deliveries. DTDC, you have not only wasted my time and money but also caused immense frustration and inconvenience. This experience has been a complete disaster, and I will never trust DTDC with another delivery again. Your incompetence and lack of professionalism are appalling. Consider this my formal complaint, and I expect a full refund for the express service that was never delivered as promised. To anyone considering DTDC for urgent deliveries, think twice. They will disappoint you and leave you in a state of anger and regret.
