DTDC reviews

Really pathetic service, I have exchanged many packages through DTDC earlier it was quite ok. But now they have lost me, it's been 6 days from the date of delivery but still I haven't received my package, every day I get the message about my package being on the way to get delivered and then nothing, no calls from delivery guys. But at night I get another message about, delivery agents could not deliver my package because I was not available or I didn't attend the call. Total useless and dishonest people without any professionalism. The package is my books and I need them urgently but I'm still waiting....

Worst service ever

I'm ask to pick my parcel always from the counter kohima near Amway/amazon office stating that scotty cannot deliver the parcel. Kindly look into the matter asap. We paid for delivery it's not a free service we're availing.
