My parcel is at your Sydney depot since the 14th October! You say that you are delayed by three to five days it has been nearly 10 days and still no sign of it being delivered to me in Perth. Maybe you should amend the statement of being delayed by co-vid 19 by three/five days to fifteen/twenty five days. That would seem to be more accurate. I just wish I'd known the seller was going to use this courier - I would not have bought from them as I have many horror stories of these couriers from parcels going missing to deliveries a year later!!! The only thing these couriers seem good at is delaying delivery or loosing the parcels altogether and when you do complain no one seems to take a blind bit of notice. I am surprised they are still in business; they must be cheaper than other couriers although if I was using a courier I certainly would not use these clowns!!!

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
