Supposed to be delivered on 1st December and still don’t know where is my parcel. Unbelievable service from Fastway. Your sorry or apology don’t make me happy. No excuses like Christmas time or COVID 19. I ordered other stuffs from different courier companies and they delivered on and before time. I don’t recommend to others. -10 out of +10. Absolutely rubbish service. Thanks

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
