ongoing issues with simple instructions ... courier still can't get it right!! ask to get a phone call on delivery ... no call courier left a calling card under door but tracking detail says... can't find address still no package after 2 calls to head office and many delays!! I used to use fast track when they were independent (not owned by AusPost)... they were brilliant!!! .... now they are terrible to say the least

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
