Fastway Australia review by Tony Strain

I purchased a welder from Ozsales and it was supposedly picked up on the 2nd of June After many enquireries it was deemed as lost A replacement was then picked up and I was advised that it was in Melbourne and on its way on the 28th of June My last enquiry was replied " it can take up to 11 days to reach post code 6728" This had already been 12 days and it is now 21 days and there still is no hint that it might be here soon Changing the name from Fastaway should have been more appropriately named " slowerway or pherhaps snailaway but I would prefer noway Is it possible for someone to look into this I guess everyone is far to busy feeding the snails

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
