Was sent to Gold Coast from Melbourne instead of Adelaide & no update on tracking from 16/11/21 when this error was to be rectified. Already taken 4 days to get to QLD instead of SA. Both pieces of furniture sent to “incorrect depot” so they’re not small parcels to be misdirected like this. No communication made with me yet as at 22/11/21 about any of this.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
