Still await delivery for an item 80kms away...27th December to 20th January. Rang the office and was told they're trying to catch up and sending oldest items first...hate to think how old some of those items are then? Hopefully traders will take notice of the terrible reviews and shut this mob down, as this is the 3rd or 4th time I've waited weeks or months for a delivery from Melbourne to Geelong. Aussie Post delivered an item to me this week from Adelaide that only took 3 days from ordering to doorstep. I know which courier I'd prefer!

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
