I wish they had zero stars as an option. They lost yet again 3 parcels purchased of ebay. No tracking updates, no nothing. These guys don't give a crap about you or your parcel, only about you paying them. The worst courier company in Australia by far. None come close to this level of poor service....

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
