I don’t agree you have 1800 awesome reviews the same as your delivery service, you are slow to think that. My pickup was 12th Nov and it’s 19th Dec and items are still sitting in Sydney at place of pickup. I don’t understand how you business is still going.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
