Fastway Australia review by Robyn Butler
I'm afraid I could not give anymore than 2 stars. Although this recent parce actually did arrive yesterday which was the due date. But sadly with no thanks to your fastway/Aramex courier driver. We live in a village, the drivers have come in many times. We have 8 streets within Bluegum Lifestyle Resort. My road Wallaby is actually the first road on the right after coming through the driveway.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
