Terrible service!! My parcel was sent by a third party seller, told me he used the "fast/express shipping" through Fastway. My initial timeframe said 2 day delivery. That was now 2 weeks ago, and it's still sitting in the Sydney depot for the past 4 days now. This was meant to be a Christmas item and it's now the New Year and I still haven't gotten it! Absolutely horrible and slow! I have made my seller aware to not use this company again, as what should have been "fast" is now nearly 2wks late already!!

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
