2 stars. Only because it was delivered in reasonable time. Parcel was left inside front gate, not at front door as stated by driver. It was 2 metres from the footpath in clear view of anybody around. Driver did not even come to the front door.. I saw the truck arrive and went straight outside but did not even have time to walk the 30 metres to the gate before the driver left.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
