Worst courier service in Australia. Never up date anything always says contact sender. Information has been passed on to the courier but no updates. Everytime a business uses them it's the same. If delivered they never knock just drop take a photo with parcel in plain sight. Then hours later you may get notified it's delivered. Even had parcels thrown on the grass. Have been lucky nothing has been stolen, touch wood. Wish they would g see t their act together. Ive been a courier never worked as slack as they do now. Only a certain Postal worker does the right thing delivering in a safe place.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
