Fastway????? More like Uselessway, two weeks to deliver from Sydney to Melbourne, app is dodgy at best, can't call them for information, all in all, probably the worst delivery service I've ever seen, they honestly deserve 0 stars, absolute crap, I can't believe they've actually lasted this long in business.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
