Useless. No working phone numbers. App doesn't work but then again neither does the company. I was informed they were taken over by Aramex, hummm the old saying frying pan and fire. When I contacted Aramex which is offshore, she said contact sender and hung up. Great customer service at least they answered the phone Fastways had theirs disconnected so you couldn't ring them. Why do companies still use them. I have so far lost 2 parcels to them, I actually drove to Sydney from Central Coast to pick up replacement, that one arrived how hard can it be. Use Australia Post parcels arrive and tracking is great.

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
