I love having important mail delayed perpetually in transit without any service personnel capable to provide information and/or solutions. This is another top courier service if you just want to waste time and money, it is nearly as good as just pegging the parcel in a random direction and hoping it makes it to the recipient. Five stars, one each for; maximum inconvenience, stress impact, parcel damage/loss, useless contact and successfully marketing a scam to be a legitimate service.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
