Useless courier service! I am an ebay buyer and dread it every time an ebay seller uses Fastway as their delivery service provider! I am currently still waiting for my locally purchased item (Sydney metro area) to arrive? It was due on the 15/11/19 and now it's the 19/11/19? Fastway tracking is telling me that my parcel is on an apparent Sydney sightseeing tour at the mercy of one of their drivers? Ridiculous courier service!

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
