Would rate ZERO if I could!!. Fastway picked up a small item in Sydney on 08 Nov, two weeks ago, but it still hasn't been delivered to my home in Perth WA. Their Perth Office phone is always either engaged or not answered and their tracking site simply says it's in transit. Whole process totally unacceptable. Australia Post snail mail could have delivered it in half the time, for less cost. In future I will refuse to order anything from an on-line trader who uses Fastway as their courier

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
