Can not express how much I hate trying to receive parcels through this courier service. Completely frustrating that EVERY time I have to go back to the sender or this website to try & locate my package as no one ever leaves a card saying they couldn’t deliver (even though I work from home & ALWAYS ensure I’m or someone else is home). Totally lazy service!

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
