It surprises me that this company is still in business, every other company have delivered in less than a week and one was from overseas..My second parcel has been in transit for nearly three weeks now. Customer service are the same they never get back to you to tell you where your parcel is .. The first package took them two weeks to deliver and someone was home but they didn't even knock on the door. Not even worth one rate star!!!

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
