Awful, bad customer relations, no communication between their depots, tracking numbers mean zilch, robotic answers as if from Q cards, plus answer to emails are given with a draft full of untruths, and nonsense, never trust this company, I have had the same problem for 3 deliveries, package at depot 40 mins away but takes 8 to 2 weeks to receive it, and that is only due to my constant insurance.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
