Fastway completely failed as a courier service, I don’t think I have ever been more frustrated with a delivery company! They had my Xmas parcel on12th they stated they tried to deliver my parcel on 19th Dec I was at home I got a collect your parcel note in my letterbox! I have rung fastway 6 times assuring me it has become a priority to deliver, as it was an expensive gift for Christmas I needed it by 24th Dec it never came! I was primed it would be delivered on Sunday 22nd I waited it never came!!! It is now 30th Dec my friend has left the country without their gift!!!!! I rang again they don’t know where it is at the docking bay it has been escalated several times so they keep telling me I’ve been promised they will email me updates no emails have come through, I requested to speak to the highest manager they said he would call!!! Management NEVER contacted me!!!! This is the worst delivery service company on the Planet!! DONT USE THIS fastway COMPANY!! I will be making a formal complaint and blogging my experience so innocent people don’t get trapped and Companies will choose another delivery service!

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • I personally dropped my package off at Carbondale PA Post office and it's still showing same post office in possession of the package for 3 weeks now! Pissed Off to say the least

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
