CCA1002802405 2/2/20 spoke to fastest who says parcel again won’t be delivered today despite fastway saying & rescheduling on 30/12 it would be delivered today. Fastway apologised and said it won’t be delivered today that it is at their depot. I asked why not deliver today and he said “it’s a busy time of the year” This is now the fourth time over 2 weeks for fastway to deliver. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused. He said this issue is not necessary to speak to manager History below: Unable to get my goods delivered by Fastway. 22/12/2019 11:31:54 - left calling card - but nothing in our mailbox 23/12/19 - I rescheduled delivery to 24/12 24/12/2019 10:16:09 - Fastway say no one home & leave calling card - but my wife was home and did not receive a buzz on our intercom 24/12/2019 - I reschedule delivery to 27/12 and authorise for parcel to be left inside our building if unattended. 27/12/2019 09:18:34 Fastway claim "We tried to deliver parcel but nobody was available to receive it." My wife home all day, no buzz on intercom and no leaving parcel despite me authorising this. 30/12/2019 8am - spoke to Fastway who confirmed scheduling for redelivery but that no unit number listed so they won't deliver (twice we rescheduled parcel adding unit number but when fastway processes this the unit number is not included - a problem with their rescheduling system. I asked them to reschedule delivery and if i can have a copy of this by email. I received the email from fastway (with the unit number included) but there is no delivery date in email nor is there on their website when entering tracking number. I asked fastway why is this so and they said eventually it will update - 1.20pm today their website still says "Carded - await response." I asked Fastway when it will be delivered and they said on new year's Day. I said really, are fastway working that day and they said yes. 30/12/19 1.15pm Called Fastway to ask when is parcel getting delivered as their website whows they are closed on new years Day. Fastway said New years Day. I said isn't Fastway closed? He said "Ohh yes" then it will be delivered on the next day January 2???? On website still showing status as "Carded - await response." Faster

The worst courier service with no tracking details . Just waiting for last 10 days to get the parcel delivered.. God knows when it will be delivered

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
