I can see why these couriers have such a low rating score. I tried to track my parcel, entered the tracking number and was told they tried to deliver my parcel but couldn't - they quoted a day and time of this supposed attempted delivery. I was sitting at home on my couch at that very moment. The buzzer to my flat didn't go! There was no attempted delivery. I would never recommend this company.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
