Fast way tracking advice lodged received tracking advice on 23/01/2020 and to wait 24hours for an update. It is now 29/01/2020 and no further update is available. Allowing for the 3 day long weekend break there are still 2 days, the 24/01 and 28/01 (yesterday) to lodge updates. That is 48 hours excluding holidays. Original delivery dates were 28-29 /01/2020. Your delivery service is spoiling techstylegroup business reputation. It needs to be improved for both businesses to get good feedback. Cheers, Gary

  • This would have to be the worst courier company in the world I now ask companies how they are going send me goods and if it’s with this company I either ask for an alternative or I don’t buy their product. Running a business I can’t afford to three weeks for a customers parts

  • An absolutely disgraceful company! Don't update tracking, make it impossible to talk to someone, overdue parcel. Talk in their chat and then get told they will connect you with an expert and saif you then have to pay for that privilege and then disconnect you from further chat. I will be putting in a complaint and lodging to get my money back.
