The worst ever experienced in my life, deserves minus stars, but it’s not possible to rate that way I was in home, but they thought I wasn’t, didn’t even left a calling card or the address of the parcel connect agent What a great user friendly company and customer service , it’s like a slap to the customer to never use Fastway again May be WORSTWAY is more suitable And no thanks

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
