Expected delivery date : Jan 25 Checked delivery status on Jan 26 to find out that my item was already sent back to the sender. Without any communication they delivered on Jan. 19. Right now I am still waiting for my refund... I lost all my trust in this company.

This envelope was sent in Vancouver, WA, and delivered in Vancouver, WA. Envelope was found evening of 3/12/2025 in our flower garden. Not very happy as it contains information that should not be made public.

Temu often uses this terrible service for regional deliveries. Unfortunately the buyer has no choice and has to tolerate their terrible service. I don't buy from Temu very much any more for that reason. I'm surely not alone.

Deliver is optional apparently. When the packages do arrive they are often damaged. Delivery drivers usually drop and run not knock and hand deliver.
