It's been a month and my package still isn't here

Way to slow . Not just 1 but many . If you can not deliver in the time provided. Don't take the job on . I'm sick of losing money because of your late delivery .

It turn up like it supposed to be

Never get all parts to a package at the same time, it’s very frustrating

Very very very slow service. Parcel picked up on the 12/01 from Weatherill Park, and now it’s the 19/01, and still have not received it..Should he called Slowway Couriers..

Excellent service in Wallsend, gentleman is always smiling and my parcels are always delivered in great condition and on time

Customer service is deplorable. Tracking information is not updated properly. Delivery people will not drop off your item on your address, but they will just claim no one is home and drop it off at a newsagency. What a bunch of lazy jackholes.

What a joke I’ve been waiting 5 days for my parcel and still doesn’t look like it’s going to be hear anytime soon it only had to go 10 km There’s nothing fast about fastway what a joke

your company is to slow and when I order items in the future I will tell the seller never to use your company or I will buy some where ells I receive goods from China in half the time it takes you to bring things across from Melbourne its been eleven day know

Absolutely useless. Parcels sit in their depot for weeks and weeks. There is no way to speak to a rep. Link to depot locations doesn’t work. No option to leave no stars, had to leave one star. Don’t understand how they’re still in business.

Very quick delivery, better than auspost, parcel here in days not week's or lost.

Wouldn’t let me give 0 stars to a company that lost $1200 worth of monitors that are still in transit three months later.
