Worst courier service. My parcel from Melbourne went to Queensland and I live in NSW. This is not thd first time I have had issues with this company I have had a parcel go missing for weeks and arrive after a replacement was sent. BAD SERVICE

Once the package is in the delivery area the actual delivery takes many days for them to make the actual delivery. I don't see what the problem is here when other couriers make deliveries within days for goods send from interstate.

This would have to be easily the worst courier company about. I have had nothing but trouble from these clowns, they will not even deliver to my address which is no further than 3 mins from the centre of town and they call themselves a courier company. They often fail to notify me when I have a parcel to be collected from their depot because they are to lazy to be a couier campany and actually deliver your parcel. I would stongly recommend not using these clowns.

The package you advised you left in a safe place can not be located by me. WHY, when you had my details and we were home was I not contacted. IF the package has gone astray who is going to compensate me for my costs. This is not the first time a Fastway delivery has gone wrong. I will not be purchasing goods from any supplier where you are the carrier. I HAVE ADVISED AMAZON OF THIS PROBLEM

Hardly ever get a delivery. Most times I am home. I live in a complex. Never ever buzzes to see if I am home. Often don't even card me. It's just a t lucky the newsagents he takes into knows me now and he sends me the pin I need to retrieve the parcel. The laziest couriers around.
