Disgustingly slow service. I have never had 1 parcel from this company that has not taken week/s to get 1.5 hours from dispatch area to me. It just sits waiting to be sorted, and even to email them can take 2 days for 1 response. No wonder they have changed their name from fastway... its false advertising!

Worst ever courier service parcel goes from Melbourne to Queensland then back to Melbourne sent 15th Jan now 1st Feb still in Melbourne, when I query this they tell me they are trying to locate my parcel, they tell me it's human error. HOPELESS

The product is scheduled at 27-29 of January, but today is 1 of Fabuary. There has not been any response from the company???? Very to late.

The absolute worst courier service. Fastway attempted delivery of my parcel on a Wednesday. I was home for the next three days waiting for delivery . They never arrived.Now they tell me the parcel has gone missing .Hopeless service!!

Worst courier company in the world. My courier pigeon is faster and more reliable. The best thing about my courier pigeon doesn’t throw your package on the porch or pick up a parcel after three days of booking. Terrible. No stars.

Service is terribly slow, tracking is non existent, not even sure why they bother having tracking. It shows it was picked up and that’s it. I wish sellers would not use this courier service. Australia Post does a far better job.

Nothing being tracked for week after pick up, then told it was in Albury 6 hours after it was delivered - by a different carrier! Not acceptable.
