Very slow!! Staff at call centre are totally unwilling to assist in tracking your parcel......I’ve seen a dramatic downturn in customer service over past 6 months. Appears operations have been taken over by some huge multinational organisation with zero customer care!

Hello, I am waiting for a parcel RC0004069800 which was put in transit on 22 Jan 2021. It’s now the 7 Feb 2021 (16 days later) and have still not received it. What is happening?

I have always been impressed by their very speedy delivery and the professionalism of the drivers. Couriers and delivery drivers have been overwhelmed with increased online spending, and delays should be expected, but I find Fastway to be great.

I orders item from eBay on 18 jan, vender send item on 21jan to the Fastway , they need to delivered before 2 feb but today 3rd feb , still parcel is not despatch. Very bad service.

ongoing issues with simple instructions ... courier still can't get it right!! ask to get a phone call on delivery ... no call courier left a calling card under door but tracking detail says... can't find address still no package after 2 calls to head office and many delays!! I used to use fast track when they were independent (not owned by AusPost)... they were brilliant!!! .... now they are terrible to say the least
