Name should be sloway couriers worst service in the business

Absolutely woeful. My parcel was lost tracking at all

Doesn’t even tell you where your parcel is or how long it’s going to take. Says shipping information recived...... that tells me nothing. Useless service

Take forever to get my parcel.

Not happy at all with fastaway cannot find parcel says no details you try again later & bingo details are there says delivery today so shall see what happens

Tracking shows no information past initial message nearly two weeks ago. Delivery day nominated by sender come & gone.

Fastway couiers are slower than Australia post these days I cant understand why they would pick up a parcel from Sydney and take it via Melbourne when it is spose to come to Brisbane what a bunch of fools

Given a choice, I would use anyone but Fastway. Only on 1 occasion my consignment has arrived without dramas. Service (or lack) of has been dismal. Mostly due to onward freight companies that ruin Fastways reputation and are allowed to do so. Until Fastway stand up and do something about it , nothing will change

Terrible, slow and no communication

Have had my order since 25.1.21, its now 15.2.21 and no delivery. No excises to take so long to deliver.

On Friday 15th January 2021 I purchased a Powertrain Yoga Stability Disc Home Gym Pilate Balance Trainer Blue for $24 from Bunnings MarketLink but I never received the parcel since they deliberately lost it so I would avoid using this company since they obviously couldn't carless about their customers.

the driver left the package on the front door, no indication there was a delivery at all.no text .no call, no email, not even a slip under the door...package sitting out front for 3 days..now i am frantically trying to find out if the rest of the package came in two parts or one....i think the other half of package got stolen..we dont use front door we because we come in through the back in the car port on our scooters...

Been 15 days and still waiting... Sydney to Perth

Parcel sitting in warehouse for 4 weeks so far have contacted 3 times never get back to me, useless do not recommend
