Goods and that they are delivered but nothing arrived at unit

Expecting a package sent on 4-Mar..... until today.... nothing heard of .....

Hard to contact, tracking data not accurate.

Always late, pay for delivery to home address as quoted, but they in fact don't deliver to my address. So I then have to drive 20 Minutes in to pick up the items myself from another shop they dump all of the deliveries at. Maybe yous should just charge the customer the delivery fee to said shop its actually delivered to, not the extra distance the customer has to actually travel to pick it up themselves.

My parcel was due to be delivered by 9 March I'm still waiting. Been sitting in Melbourne since 4th March????? according to your tracking. Now 12th March were is my parcel!

The worst service and slowest delivery ever. Would recommend never use!

I find my goods always get here but very slow, half the speed of Australian post

Whenever we are tracking a parcel it takes days once a courier has picked it up to actual delivery

Parcel never delivered was returned to send straight off- You have no warning for when parcel is arriving so I don’t know to be home to accept

This courier must cease to operate, I will return every item that is sent from Amazon using this useless courier.

I had a parcel delivered they knocked on my business door and without opening the door they just left the parcel. A number of times before they didn’t attempt to deliver to my business but they dropped it off at local post office. No card is ever left and I only find out where my parcel is when I call my supplier to see where it is. Not a good delivery service
