Was supposed to receive my delivery of FRESH FLOWERS on the 1 April 2021 and have NOT RECEIVED THEM YET

Never, EVER, delivers on the day promised. Customer service could care less. I wish Amazon didn't use this courier. It is way below their service standard.

I have never known deliveries to be so slow. No excuses. 2 x products left Brisbane on 24th March, I still have not received. I wanted for Easter. In comparison I order product from Company in Bendigo, Vic on 27th March and I received yesterday 30th March. Very very dissatisfied.

The item I bought on Ebay sitting in Sydney in transit for 22 days. Critical item. Not the first time happening. Can't count on Ebay purchases arriving on time because of them.

Parcel arrived in Sydney on 15 March should have come to Perth now the 30 March . Very poor service too slow .

Way to slow and drivers often dont follow instructions or just drive by with out stopping or leave a,card in the mailbox with out seeing if your home . It took me a month to get a box of brushes delivered even though i had left written instructions to put it over the fence into the back yard . Not recommended

Re-branding required as the name doesn't fit the companies reputation.

The slowest of the slow, even.worse than Australia Post. Will not be purchasing anything from a company that uses Fastway ever again.

If you want it on time or even the same year look somewhere else.

Parcel was scheduled for delivery - waited all day and nothing. Should receive a phone call if there was going to be a delay

This company is a joke. Always I'm having trouble to receive a single parcel with ATL.

Bad service was supposed to receive my package on the 4th March its now the 23rd march this is the third time yhiz has happened to me very angry n disappointed with this courier

Amazing job Fastway Couriers. Thankfully I was home today when the courier showed up. He arrived to a locked gate and instead of immediately leaving a parcel pick-up note like every other courier that's come here, he rang the intercom. I didn't answer because I was upstairs, but I still had plenty of time to get down and catch him at the gate. Thank you for making the extra effort to make the delivery, and with a smile to boot. My 7yr old son was over the moon that his baseball training net arrived today.

This is not fastways it should be call snails way very very slow 2 week from south Australia it only a 2day drive
