Worst company we have used. Never know where shipment is or advised by text or email of day of delivery. They just arrive unannounced and leave a card . Try and get a re delivery booked .... good luck with that

Very poor service parcels sit in your depot for a week before being delivered that’s not a service you clearly need more drivers I would not recommend your company to anyone

I have been waiting for this parcel since 26/3/21 as it said it was out for delivery, I rang the Rockhampton depot they put me on hold and then hung up have not been contacted by them at all.

Fastway should be renamed Slowway. Parcel picked up in Melbourne on the 19th and 17 days later tracking still shows as being picked up but not in transit. The tracking shows estimated delivery as the 22nd, three days after being picked up. Avoid using as Fastway service is non-existent.
