If my item is sitting in the warehouse half hour from my home for 10 days, you need more staff to get it moving!! Appalling service.

Consistently slow delivery. Australia Post is faster, and that's not saying much. Need to pick up your game.

Worst company we have used. Never know where shipment is or advised by text or email of day of delivery. They just arrive unannounced and leave a card . Try and get a re delivery booked .... good luck with that

When instructed to leave delivered items at the front door, my fast way/aramex deliveries are almost always dumped in the middle of the driveway

Very poor service parcels sit in your depot for a week before being delivered that’s not a service you clearly need more drivers I would not recommend your company to anyone

5 times slower than Australia Post and tracking updates dont show up-to-date location points. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Large parcel garden shed never received after 10 days since sent by supplier

Parcel has been sitting in Sydney for nearly two weeks.

It's taking too long just to ship an item from Melbourne to Brisbane which can't use COVID as an excuse!

Worst service ever. If Amazon gives my parcel to these jokers I might as well kiss it goodbye

I have been waiting for this parcel since 26/3/21 as it said it was out for delivery, I rang the Rockhampton depot they put me on hold and then hung up have not been contacted by them at all.

Fastway should be renamed Slowway. Parcel picked up in Melbourne on the 19th and 17 days later tracking still shows as being picked up but not in transit. The tracking shows estimated delivery as the 22nd, three days after being picked up. Avoid using as Fastway service is non-existent.
