I am totally amazed how this organisation continues to exist. It has absolutely no concept how to conduct a courier business. Its tracking system is non existent. All attempted contact is ignored. It is a total ripoff.

I have not had the misfortune to experience Fastways before. A parcel was sent from Melbourne picked up by a Fastways courier and promptly got lost never to reappear going by the so called tracking number method. All it revealed was that it was picked up on the 5th Oct but the system to track it has been temporarily unavailable ever since. I have warned my people to ensure they do not use Fastways as we cannot afford the inevitable delays

Order is only coming from Sydney, it’s been over a week with absolutely no shipping tracking updates whatsoever and the parcel still hasn’t arrived. Poor service and poor communication. Will no be using this courier company again

My parcel has been with fastway couriers since 08/10/20. It is now 04/11/20 and no one can tell me where my parcel is. Birthday Present. Not Happy. What is the point of having tracking if no one can tell you anything? Ridiculous.

I woud have rated ZERO stars but I had to select at least One star! Recently I ordered through ebay and delivery was to be by Australia Post, who is excellent and will leave my parcel in a safe place or leave a card and take parcel to my local post office. My order was delivered by Fastaway and disappeared in less than 30 minutes from time of delivery. I have since spoken to neighbours and read on local social media that numerous people have had missing parcels from your company - that is possibly why your star rating is so low. When I questioned why my parcel was left in my letterbox, which is a distance from my house, I was informed it had been 'left in my letterbox as per my instructions' and that because of COVID parcels could not be delivered to the house. I checked terms and conditions on the website at this was not stated anywhere. At no time had I requested or given authority to leave in my letterbox as our property is on the road at the beginning of a battleaxe access road for 4 properties. No other courier service has ever left in my letterbox - it is taken to my home or the nearest letterbox. I will never order if Fastaway Couriers are used for delivery. I am currently waiting on the phone to speak to Fastaways local depot as another parcel I ordered was supposed to be by Australia Post but tracking is showing Fastaway (tracking number MP0004138659). When I ordered I sent the seller a message stating parcel was NOT to be left in my letterbox under any circumstances, so I am trying to speak to someone to confirm my instructions have been advised to courier. After being on hold for over 22 minutes I have just spoken to someone. This is pretty poor service!

I heard the dogs bark but no doorbell rang. I went to the front door assuming the item was being delivered but then the driver drove away in the delivery van . I had a notice left in my letterbox, with no real contact details about how to retrieve my item .I actually don’t think he even attempted to deliver the item, potentially. A tracking number with only Melbourne details on it, although am in Perth. Guess I will have to do some more Google research to retrieve my item. Pretty annoyed.
