I rate NO stars as goods were not delivered as per my instructions (DO NOT LEAVE PARCEL IN LETTERBOX UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES) to the seller and also to Holly at Fastway Couriers Unanderra depot. I waited on hold for over half an hour to speak to someone to confirm my delivery instructions as my last parcel delivered a few weeks ago was not in my letterbox in less than half an hour from time of delivery and it should have been delivered to my house. So I confirmed with Holly that the parcel could be left at my front door or on my verandah, but once again lazy delivery driver left it in my letterbox. Extremely poor service once again - no wonder overall rating is 1.23 and probably only that high as you can't leave a comment unless you select at least one star. I don't know how you stay in business with service like this!

You would have to be the slowest of all transports that i use hands down..I use a lot of transport and you are always weeks behind with delivering

Goods picked up in Melbourne on the 30th October to be delivered to Bendigo it is now the 9th of November and still no site of them tracking says they are still in transit. Want a joke could of walked there and back by now. Not happy Jan

Consistently the worst courier I have known. In the 4 years I have been at my current address, I am yet to receive a single parcel where I haven’t had to chase it and collect it myself. They have one job, take parcels from point A to point B. Mind boggling that they are consistently unable to do what they claim is their job.

I've always had a good experience with Fastway. Any time there's a delay in parcel delivery they're up front about it, which is much preferable to the, "your parcel is onboard for delivery" followed by, "your parcel has been delayed" approach that Australia Post takes.

I would of put zero stars but i cant if a seller advertises fastway as a delivery method i will be finding another seller never again

I am totally amazed how this organisation continues to exist. It has absolutely no concept how to conduct a courier business. Its tracking system is non existent. All attempted contact is ignored. It is a total ripoff.

Has been 10 days since it was picked up in Sydney and it’s still in transit with no updates.... terrible service.
