  • They always seem to deliver my items to a completely different address. It’s not a courier company that I would ever use personally, very poor updates on the progress of where your items may be, unfortunately some people do like using them

  • I received my second order today from the Northern Rovers region, to the Central Coast. Pocked up yesterday and here today. Tracking was perfect, and arrived in brilliant condition. Can't wait the plant my new Dragon Fruit. Thank you guys....

  • Sent 6th Aug from Sydney, delivered 21st Aug to Newcastle. Worst freight company ever, tracking non existing. I don't know why anyone would use this company. Should have been renamed SLOWWAY

  • I am waiting on a parcel from Sydney to Perth, sent 3 weeks ago, unable to get onto Fastway Perth. Australia Post are far superior and have a great tracking system unlike Fastway. Not happy

  • Worst freight company I have ever experienced. Parcel has supposedly been in Sydney depot in sorting for despatch for three weeks now and no way to make contact. If you ever want a parcel to never make it to a destination then Fastway is the right service provider for you.

  • They pick up your parcel but never deliver mine was picked up by someone in Melbourne headed to Bendigo and I have not received this item then when I call they tell me they most likely sent it back to where it came from so make sure you never have anything picked up by this company. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service as this was a gift for a dear friend
