Worst delivery service ever, tracking is almost non existant

Tracking info says on 24/8 delivery should be made within 24 hours. Here we are on 30/8, no delivery, no update or communication, no birthday gift for my child. Where is it?

Zero stars, the worst service ever, my parcel is obviously lost or whatever, no tracking updates and no one can help..been waiting weeks

Every item I've ever delivered by this company has been days/weeks late with poor updates. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

ist been 7 days since the package was picked up and its going from Sydney to Brisbane. I have recieved other packages I ordered 3 days later through other couriers. Pull your finger out fast way. You should change your name to slow way

The most useless courier company in the universe. Over 2 weeks for a small package to come from Sydney to Adelaide, still not here. Don't use this company when buying items off eBay

They always seem to deliver my items to a completely different address. It’s not a courier company that I would ever use personally, very poor updates on the progress of where your items may be, unfortunately some people do like using them

I received my second order today from the Northern Rovers region, to the Central Coast. Pocked up yesterday and here today. Tracking was perfect, and arrived in brilliant condition. Can't wait the plant my new Dragon Fruit. Thank you guys....
