Well they lost (read it was probably stolen) my first delivery, I contacted the vender and they agreed to send another item and I waited and waited, contacted fastway and they advised me that they possibly hadn't received it from the vender although both of us had a tracking number. In future with any on line purchase I will be asking the vender if they are using fastway and if they are and will not change I will be cancelling the order

Fastway they should change their name to Snailway. Slowest courier service in Australia I do not know why anyone uses them. They must be the cheapest price for the cheapest service.

They are called fastaway but then they must stop, I have had multiple parcels delivered by them but have never had 1 delivered on time, they normally arrive about a week or two after the delivery time they give you.

Waiting 10 days for a delivery from one side of perth to the other and still not delivered. Attempted delivery apparently but seems impossible to make an arrangement for re delivery

It’s not fair to assess your service during these trying times. I understand that packages are bound to be delayed and logistics cannot be structured to before Covid 19 days! I reserve the right to comment in a mature way only when your service resumes to “normal”

How does a parcel take more than 5days to leave your warehouse ,with no update

What is going on there, one of my parcels is lost over 3 weeks now and you can't even give a reply and the other parcel says you've been sorting it for over a week now, why can't you just be truthful about it maybe then we can understand and not get frustrated with you.

I hate getting parcels from these guys! Always late I just tracked a parcel and it's not been updated since 4 June it's now 15 June. Have always had problems when getting deliveries from these guys I could go on and on!

Never attempt to deliver to our apartment always leave collection card which means we have to drive 25min each way to pick up not happy
