Sent 6th Aug from Sydney, delivered 21st Aug to Newcastle. Worst freight company ever, tracking non existing. I don't know why anyone would use this company. Should have been renamed SLOWWAY

Worst transport company ever

My plants arrived in a very timely manner, and in great condition. Will recommend

i would give it 0 stars if i could. Parcel has been sitting in sydney for 8 days with little to no information on tracking nwhat my parcel is doing. Guys, check DHL's tracking info system to see how it should be done

I am waiting on a parcel from Sydney to Perth, sent 3 weeks ago, unable to get onto Fastway Perth. Australia Post are far superior and have a great tracking system unlike Fastway. Not happy

Appalling service. Get it together guys. Tracking never works. Always late and You usually Ignore clear instructions

Absolutely useless courier you never get your parcel they don't even attempt to deliver they just say you weren't home

parcel received on the 9th of august. Tonday 19th. Took less time for delivery from China.

Understand COVID impact but you would think you would get a call or email on a delivery after five days asking for an update

Worst freight company I have ever experienced. Parcel has supposedly been in Sydney depot in sorting for despatch for three weeks now and no way to make contact. If you ever want a parcel to never make it to a destination then Fastway is the right service provider for you.

They pick up your parcel but never deliver mine was picked up by someone in Melbourne headed to Bendigo and I have not received this item then when I call they tell me they most likely sent it back to where it came from so make sure you never have anything picked up by this company. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service as this was a gift for a dear friend

Claimed to have tried to deliver. Security camera confirms no attempt was made.

So slow and no way to track, I would not order from any business that used this service,, only getting one srar because I couldn't do none.

Terrible service. My parcel was picked up from Melbourne by Fastway Couriers and more than 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived in Adelaide. Not happy as it was something I needed urgently
