Claimed to have tried to deliver. Security camera confirms no attempt was made.

So slow and no way to track, I would not order from any business that used this service,, only getting one srar because I couldn't do none.

Terrible service. My parcel was picked up from Melbourne by Fastway Couriers and more than 2 weeks later it still hasn't arrived in Adelaide. Not happy as it was something I needed urgently

Parcel arrived at the Sydney location on 29 July, it’s now 12 August and I still don’t have it despite being approximately 2 hours drive away. That’s two weeks so far to deliver a package two hours drive away. Don’t blame Coronavirus, you’ve always been slow.

Nearly 4 weeks to get my package

can't believe it takes 6 days to sort a parcel for delivery. And it still has not been sorted.

Worst courier service I have had any thing to do with. Cannot track online and cannot get answers. Seriously considering cancelling order. Will not deal with any business that uses your company.

This company is very slack especially when parcels are to be delivered to me they can be out for delivery and still don’t get to for a Capel days after.

I was told that no one was home for receipt of delivery.this was not true.And there was a mail box in plain view.
