The worst courier ever, keep saying something wrong with the delivery but cant explained whats wrong, said that left the card but no card left. I cant believed why this services still available

Up to now, I have not yet received my parcel!

It's too late delivery. No response

Whenever I deal with this career they seem to have people who dropped off a postcard and say they couldn't deliver your goods Then asked you to go and pick it up?? I was home and saw the delivery person run away to the van

Cannot believe why people use them... it took them 10 days and 3 attempts ...number of phone calls and emails to deliver my goods from Port Melbourne to Reservoir... customer service was none...should change their name to slowway!!!

Appalling service! Impossible to find where my parcel is as I was not at home. Would not recommend

Bought something off wish over 6 months ago. It took a few weeks to get to sydney and has taken over 6 months to get to me in perth. Still waiting for it to be delivered.

I cannot comprehend how these people are still in business.

I was told on Wednesday my parcel was not delivered because the driver ran out of time and it would delivered next day but it was not it was not delivered 2 days later I am still waiting

Bloody hopeless courier company. 11 days for a parcel from central coast to western Sydney....2.5 hr drive and i still haven't got it !!! Tell me its at a parcel collection point but can't tell me where this collection point is. Not the first time I've had problems with fastway...4 wks for parcel from Melbourne. Utterly useless. Bet they dont publish this review..

Supposed to be in Adelaide, but still in Sydney after over a week

Impossible to find out information . Takes days to be able to collect your parcel if ypu miss them

Hate Fastway service so much, doesn't deliver to the residential address. Just drops it off at the nearest Post Office. Tracking has been stuck at picked up parcel by a courier, for the last 2 days!

No star. Wait too long no update for a week now.
