Still waiting on parcel that was an intercity transfer! Was sent to another major city... now being sent back to where it started ... in meantime ... No parcel for me!!!

Hi...still waiting for my delivery......they mark it ...but not delivered...

I changed my delivery preferences online a week before delivery. Details were ignored. Tracking information useless. No idea where my package is. I wish suppliers would just use Aust Post.

Has been lodged with Fast way for 9 days and states that it is being sorted . Used to be a reliable transport system (next day).

Very slow, their parcel tracking is a waste of time as it's never updated. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this service or buy online from a business that does

Left a card but no details of where to collect. Can't get a response to an email I sent and the wait to talk to a customer service representative is ridiculous

Should be slow ways. Also I clearly am off the road yet offensive had parcels just left inside gate easy for someone to see and take.

Completely incompetent! Pretended to try to deliver but I’m home all day, rang to reschedule only to get an email noting wrong address, rang back 10 min after original call & after being advised delivery will be an extra day then originally told, was then told how I was wrong. Package still not arrived. Honestly don’t know how this company stays in business??? Even the phone number for the BNE depot on their website is wrong.

This courier service has the worst service of any couriers I have come across. The delays experienced on EVERY delivery so far I have received is incredible to say the least. Nothing has arrived in the expected time frame for the goods delivery and in fact in quite a few instances it’s been up to 10 days or more late. I do not recommend this courier and In fact I would recommend that if you can select another service that you do so.

A day late, then said there was no one home, but there was 3 of us here. Now have to wait another 4 days.

If I could give a zero rating I would! Whenever this company is used for delivery of a parcel I order, an investigation needs to be logded as they have no idea where it is and it certainly hasn't been delivered to me. Worst courier service ever!

Absolutely slow. Nothing fast about fastaway. Taken 4 days to deliver a small parcel. Still waiting... Never again.
