  • Hopeless courier....7 days from Brisbane to Melbourne and still not delivered. Changed their name to Aramax but don't be fooled....same mob running it!

  • Winit formally Fastway couriers which has had my parcel for over a week and no tracking information since they picked up the item in Sydney and then they won't you to spend nearly a hour on the phone to give you the same information about the shipping as you already know I wonder if winit couriers obtained Fastway couriers cheap because of all the bad feedback Would not recommend any one using them I wasn't happy with the company I ordered from when I was informed of the tracking information

  • I think their current 1.59 is extremely over estimated! Thoroughly disgusted. Carton should have been delivered 16th December. Tracking says in transit and has done since 6th December. Package contained Christmas presents which is why we chose courier in the first place. Site is asking me to rate, have to hit 1 star because they don’t have a minus!!!

  • This is the second time this month I am waiting over 2 weeks for an item to be delivered from Sydney to Sydney. It says picked up over 10 days ago and still no delivery. Looks like my grandchild will miss out on his Christmas present if it doesn't come today. I will not deal with anyone if they have Fastway as their courier service in the future.

  • Awful, bad customer relations, no communication between their depots, tracking numbers mean zilch, robotic answers as if from Q cards, plus answer to emails are given with a draft full of untruths, and nonsense, never trust this company, I have had the same problem for 3 deliveries, package at depot 40 mins away but takes 8 to 2 weeks to receive it, and that is only due to my constant insurance.

  • no real tracking very poor customer service takes nearly twice as long as other companies appears to use a pre set answer for any delays the company name is in itself false advertising

  • Most of my parcels take weeks to arrive and if I am not at the door to collect them they get hurled over my side gate it regardless of the fact that they are marked as FRAGILE.

  • Worst customer service ever parcel has sat in Sydney for 11 days and hasn't moved. They can provide answers why. Refuse to follow it up. Wanted to give zero stars but won't let me submit if I don't do at least one star.
