Fastway Australia reviews

I'm still Waiting, waiting,waiting ....after receiving an email saying my parcel had arrived in Australia. It's being sorted in Sydney. I haven't heard anything for three days. I just hope it finds its way to my address. Surely Fastway read these reviews?? After reading these reviews, I don't understand why they can't improve their service/correspondence?

Well over a week and still waiting and no update as to when parcel will arrive

I paid for express shipping and have not had an update since the 2nd day. It should be here today or tomorrow latest. I'll see

Nothing can be worse than this courier; extremely slow, never meet the ETA. Bunch of stupids sitting at the call centre; a creepy company in a word.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would,never received my item and shipping information shows item at sorting facility for over a month,avoid at all costs

My parcel has been sitting in Melbourne since the 27th Oct. I am supposed to receive it today 2/11/2023 but have no idea ever it is. No more notations on my tracking! Not happy!!!!

Probably the worst courier company I’ve ever dealt with hopeless and extremely slow. I’ve had packages arrive in Perth from Canada faster then these clowns can get from Melbourne to Perth

Parcel was supposed to take three days to arrive, nearly three weeks and still no parcel. Tracker says it’s on the other side of the country.
