Disgruntled
Three weeks and still haven’t received my purchase from Sydney to Perth. Supposedly it’s been sitting in a sorting facility since 3 November. Appalling service and zero communication.

My order was in Sydney 11 days ago I'm only 4 hours away still not here Sent a parcel to America 5 days ago and it's there all ready there ?????

Apparently for the past 8 days my parcel has been sitting in a “sortation” facility in Sydney. 8 days to load it on a truck to Perth? Really? Would be quicker to have driven over and picked it up myself. Not cheaper, but infinitely quicker.

Useless. 1 star is too generous. Fastway need to shut down so a competent courier service can take their place.

Supposed to arrive by 10th...but big problem is no tracking info,,,I want to know what they are doing with my property...common thread in reviews..maybe not giving us the facts....
