Fastway Australia reviews

I could walk to Sydney and pick up my parcel quicker than this lot can deliver. Should be NO WAY couriers

So many negative comments and I wonder if the fastway couriers even bother to address them. Somebody needs to look into my parcel delivery too.

Parcel was due 4 days ago. Tracking has it sitting in a Melbourne sorting facility for the last 15 days and hasn't budged. I'll be looking more closely at what courier service the people I buy from use in future. Thanks for the lesson "fastway"

Very slow and poor delivery

Never ever use this stupid company because they will not deliver on time and then come up with excuses

I would strongly suggest never to use this courier.First of all parcels are not delivered within the given time.Secondly if you try to contact customer care they will not respond.Thirdly dont even try to put a review because the staff and management dont ever read the reviews so stop wasting your time

when i nter tracking code 2X0012376660 tells me sitting in a sortation facility in melbourne for past 7 days. I am unsure what is happening but u think you would want to remove the word FAST from the business name.

Agree with others, should be called slow way still waiting for parcel I brought over two weeks ago. Says it's still in Sydney and I'm only 2 and half hours away

Worst service ever

Absolutely hopeless. One of the worst couriers I’ve ever seen. How they got the name. Fastway is beyond me. They should be called Slowway .

9 day Sydney still not here

Order was picked up in Melbourne Friday 10/11/2023 so far after 15 days still no further updates , all it says been picked up should have been by 23/11/2023 disgusting service

6 days in transit from Sydney to Newcastle? Still waiting.

Hopeless just hopeless. Cannot contact. Have been waiting 3 weeks for delivery. don't bother with this freight company.
