I'm still waiting for my parcel since the 29th November with no updates

My parcel has been sitting at the sorting faculty in Sydney since the Wednesday 29th November with no updates

Pastel due 23rd Nov. 7th Dec it’s still sitting in depot in same town as delivery address. Got to be better than this people.

Slow way not fast at all. I have received parcels I ordered after this from China before you can deliver something from Melbourne to Brisbane. Slowest delivery service ever

why can't you be contacted ive had no updates on delivery and you have had it sence 24/11 delivery date was guaranteed to be on the 4 /12. 2 pm now you are running out of time at least tell me where it is and I'll pick it up !!!!!

Never EVER had a parcel arrive on time. Still waiting for something in their sorting centre for 2 weeks- shocking

Parcel has been sitting at a “sortation facility” in Sydney since Monday 27 Nov. with no updates in the following 5 days: hope the sorter people are all OK!

This is the slowest courier i have ever used. My parcel has been sitting at Melbourne facility for more than a week. It was supposed to be delivered already.

We placed an order from our supplier and the goods were delivered within 24 hours after they left the suppliers warehouse ..... very happy with the fastway service ....... Hobbytex pty ltd
