My parcel was marked as in transit to Brisbane from Sydney over a week ago. Hasn’t changed since. Worst couriers I’ve dealt with.

Package is still sitting in Sunshine VIC since 30.11.23 (12 days). No communication, no reasoning whatsoever. Other parcels have been received with other couriers from VIC within 3-4 days. Was a present, turned into a disappointment !

I have had absolutely no updates on my package since the 29th November. I have sent emails no response back. Every other courier I get updates and know exactly where it is and an estimated delivery day. Why does it take that long to get here. I could drive myself to Melbourne and back 3 times and I would have it. Never using this company again. Smarten up Fastway this is not how you treat customers.

My parcel has been sitting in sorting facility for a week! I was promised delivery by the 5th December. There has been no update or movement. These are gifts for Christmas and I have no confidence that I’m going to get them on time. Overall very dissatisfied with the process and will not be ordering from supplier again nor using this delivery service in future

No updates Parcels being sent the wrong direction. Newcastle to Sydney? I could have driven from Coffs Harbour and back again. No idea why you name yourself Fastway when Snailsway would be more appropriate. Parcel sent 29th Nov and it's now the 8th Dec. What a joke. Can you please update Tracking information on a regular basis and put me out of my misery? Waiting on 3 packages to arrive! I have to leave a one ⭐ rating when I would much prefer to give you a NO STAR RATING

My wife drove 1 hour to the Sydney depot to pick up my parcel as the tracking showed that it was at the Sydney depot ..... the friendly staff at the Sydney depot told her that my parcel is already at the Brisbane depot ..... why don't they update the tracking to show that my parcel is already at the Brisbane depot ? ..... maybe I should go to the Brisbane depot myself now ?
